The Frey Foundation was established in 2008 to provide a Technology teacher as a specials rotation for several years. Since then, your support has also allowed the Foundation to provide teacher grants, twenty iPads for classroom check out, and school-wide yearly site licenses for the instructional websites, such as Study Island and Education City. For the current school year, the Foundation is proud to fund our part-time STEM Lab teacher, Mrs. Johnson, in addition to twenty additional iPads and twenty-five laptops for writing and integration support. The STEM Lab provides additional hands-on experiments to reinforce curriculum standards. For the 2017-18 school year, we are pleased to announce that Mrs. Johnson is again teaching STEM 4 days. Watch for more info! Frey is only one of four Cobb County elementary schools providing this important STEM Lab integrated experience.
